Princess Posey continues to surprise me – because of her, I’m going to be the featured author on the Girl Scouts of America web site in April. Please come visit me there.
The 4th Princess Posey book will be out in August: Princess Posey and the Monster Stew. (The jacket is orange. It’s a Halloween story.) Two more Posey books will follow in 2013.
Another Sophie Hartley middle grade book will be published next year, too. It’s #4 and it’s about … well, I’ll let you read it and find out for yourself.

#2 Princess Posey and the Perfect Present:
(Kirkus review): Very short chapters, generous font, lots of eye-saving white space on each page and frequent black-and-white illustrations make this longish early chapter book accessible to the very earliest reader. Posey is flawed in a way that is absolutely perfect. She struggles with her emotions and finds her way back with the help of her mother, teacher and small circle of buddies. Here’s hoping for more tales of Posey. (Fiction. 5-8)
